Frequently asked questions

We have gathered here the most frequently asked questions about renting our water  equipment. If you cannot find the answer to your question, please do not hesitate to contact us directly!

Is there a liability waiver to sign?

Yes, a liability waiver must be signed before your activity. It will be provided to you on site.

Do you offer delivery?

Additional fees apply. We can deliver the equipment to your favorite water spot in the Eastern Townships, but it is important to choose your equipment carefully before your excursion, as we cannot transport everything with us.

Is it possible to make a reservation?

Yes, reservations can be made by phone or email. It is recommended to reserve earlier for larger groups to make sure our equipment is available.

Are you located by the water?

We are located 2 minutes from Brome Lake. We are not directly located on the waterfront, but our location is very central and close to several other lakes and waterways, such as the Memphremagog, Massawippi, and the Yamaska River.

Do you offer beginner lessons or basic instructions?

No lessons are offered, but basic explanations on how to use and operate the equipment will be provided.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, debit, credit, e-transfers, etc.

What happens in case of bad weather?

If you've made a reservation and the weather does not go as planned, some people choose not to let unexpected weather affect their plans. If the weather does not affect you, you may continue your activity. If it does, you can reschedule your reservation or cancel it at no extra cost.

Is there a minimum age requirement to participate?

Not officially. We let parents decide which equipment is suitable for their children. However, to rent equipment and sign the liability waiver, participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental authorization. 

Can the rental gear be used at any water spot?

You are free to choose the lake or river you would like to visit. However, please note that you must respect the municipal regulations regarding the cleaning of watercraft and equipment.

How many people can attend at the same time?

We are currently growing and expanding. Depending on whether there are 2 people on one board, we can currently accommodate between 8 and 14 people. However, we are planning to have more boards available soon.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, we require a security deposit before your trip. We inspect the equipment with you before your departure, and we do the same when you return the boards. If there is no damage, your security deposit will be refunded. This deposit helps protect us against theft and equipment damage.
